Below are some commonly asked questions we get at Wanaka Top 10 Holiday Park
Currently 8.30am - 8pm.
If you think you will be arriving after 8pm, please contact us to arrange a late arrival.
If you have made a booking and know you will arrive after hours, please let us know.
We can advise of our late arrival process.
If you arrive after hours without a booking, you will need to following the directions on the front reception door.
Check-out time for all guests is 10:00am (you can check-out any time prior to 10:00am)

Depending on the size and type of unit you have booked, we have units that can accommodate 1 person to 8 people.
When booking, please indicate how many people will be staying with you, including children.
Yes. All units come with linen on the beds and towels.
Yes, however we do only accommodate small 2 person tents, approx. 2m x 2m.
Yes, we are happy to accommodate campers who sleep in station wagons or utility vehicles.
Yes, our team at reception can assist with booking any trip or outing in the area, including Milford and Doubtful Sounds.
As the park is compact, we do not allow visitors.
We have extremely limited spaces for extra cars and parking, particularly throughout the busy period.
We are 'pet friendly' for our holiday park. That is vans and tents only. There are conditions, so please check when booking.
Pets of any kind are not allowed in our cabins, motels or facilities.
Approx 1.5km. From the holiday park, you can take a beautiful scenic walk, through Wanaka Station Park, to the Wanaka Tree and along the lake edge to town (total of 2.2km)
Yes, it is free & unlimited.
No, this is included in your nightly rate.
We do, but it is a very small shop. We sell milk, frozen bread, ice creams and a few snacks.
Yes, we have a large TV in our lounge with a chromecast and a DVD player.
Yes, we have a large communal kitchen, with appliances. The kitchen is not stocked with cutlery or plates etc. If you require equipment, you can hire this from reception for $5 for the duration of your stay.
Yes. Our machines are coin operated. We can supply change at reception. Washing machines cost $3 Driers $4.Due for refurbishment in November 2023
Yes, we have 2 small playgrounds, one with a trampoline. We also have a magical Fairy Kingdom, that children can request a Fairy Fact Finding Adventure sheet from reception and explore with. Also a TOPPY challenge treasure hunt.
